All notable hoagies are documented here. The format is "delicious"
versioning: a fresh hoagie is released each time the layered source
changes materially, and only a hoagie that still folds after the change
gets a version bump.

### Fixed
- Sriracha-mayo emulsion no longer breaks under seasonal humidity.
- `crisp_lettuce.js` no longer works `async` when it should block.
  Crunch is blocking I/O; pretending otherwise yields soggy lettuce.
